Canceling your Membership
Premium Accounts:
You can cancel your Premium membership within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.
As soon as you cancel, you'll be subject to the storage and upload limitations of a Basic Account. If you've already exceeded these limits as a Premium member, we'll need to remove video to meet the Basic account limits.
Premium Renewals:
Premium memberships will auto-renew in one year. You will have 14-days notice in which to cancel your renewed Premium subscription.
If you decide not to continue your Premium membership, you'll be subject to the storage and upload limitations of a Basic Account and will need to remove video back to your Basic account limits.
Basic Accounts:
You can request to cancel your basic account at any point in time. Your account will be permanently closed and all of your information and videos will be deleted.
To cancel any Motionbox account, write to our support team. It's also helpful to let us know why you're canceling or requesting a refund so we can continue to improve our service. Thanks for the feedback!
